Why constellations?

It started with an interest in astrology, holistic, Ayurveda, and everything about which books could be found in the early 90s. Something from each became a part of me, but none of it absorbed me completely.

After finishing my degree, I left for America. I wanted to be as far as possible from Slovakia and America seemed pretty far enough. During a difficult period of my life, I returned home and a friend of mine recommended constellations. It was a very long time ago and only a few facilitators were available then. After my first constellation, I knew this was it for me.

I came back to the USA with a completely different mindset. The process of healing old wounds and sufferings in our family has begun. And at the same time, a very difficult process of finding someone who would take me under their protective wings and be willing to share their knowledge with me. I also spent several years with Reiki, but that could not replace the feeling and especially the result as with constellations. I participated in countless constellations, in almost every state of the USA, seminars, workshops, I read about every single book written about constellations, but I found the right mentor only in California, who devoted herself to me for several years. Everything in my life began to shake and shake until it shook to the degree of my greatest satisfaction. But I have already returned to Slovakia. And not alone.

Slovakia is a new home for my husband and son. I'm still uncovering something in our families, I'm feeling it, I'm working on pain points. The constellations helped me achieve what I always wanted the most. To have relationships in a family where its members feel loved, heard, seen and fulfilled.
