The silence within speaks the loudest.

Maybe the same things keep happening, relationships feel stuck, and your energy doesn’t flow. You’ve tried many paths – conversations, books, a change of environment – but still, something’s missing.
You’ve heard about constellations but haven’t tried them yet. And yes, you’re unsure what you’re getting into.

That’s understandable. We never really know what will surface in a constellation, what might be released, or which emotions might emerge. Let me be clear: even though it can be hard to explain, this work is not esoteric, and certainly not about spirits or magical rituals.
So who is it for?
That’s understandable. We never really know what will surface in a constellation, what might be released, or which emotions might emerge. Let me be clear: even though it can be hard to explain, this work is not esoteric, and certainly not about spirits or magical rituals. So who is it for? For anyone who feels like they’re stuck in a loop. For anyone longing to understand where their lightness disappeared. For anyone carrying something that no longer feels like theirs to carry. Family constellations uncover hidden dynamics passed down through our family line – often without our awareness. It’s not a quick fix, but an invitation to pause, breathe, and finally see what has been hidden all along. You’d like to try it – but you don’t want to expose your personal struggles in front of strangers? That’s a common concern.
The truth is: constellations are anonymous, even in a workshop setting. Yes, there’s always the option of an individual session. But especially for your first experience, I strongly recommend joining a group. And no, your story doesn’t have to be the one being explored. Even being part of someone else’s constellation can be a powerful, life-changing experience. But how can it be anonymous if there’s a group of people? Easily.
Most participants don’t know each other at all. No one needs to know your name – except for me, the facilitator. What’s weighing on your heart, you’ll share with me privately in a separate room. Then we return to the group with a simple sentence – something like: difficulty conceiving or conflict in a relationship.
That’s it.
A family constellation is like switching on a light in a room you’ve only ever stumbled through. And once you can see – you’re free to move forward.
