Do constellations have an age restriction?

Each facilitator himself determines the age limit of the client. Clients 15 years and older are welcome in Athian.

Can family members also come to the constellations?

I will leave this decision to the client. However, when choosing representatives in the constellation, I do not recommend choosing a family member.

Family constellations are a powerful tool for discovering and understanding the patterns and patterns that affect our relationships.

Do you also offer gift cards in Athian?

We can issue a gift voucher, but we prefer that the recipient is familiar with what constellations are and what they can help with. Not everyone is ready to solve their problems, even if those closest to them think it´s time. And also not every problem is ready to be solved. Everyone has to conclusion on their own that enough is enough and is willing to do something about what is heavy on his heart.

How do I know that the constellation is right for me?

The first step is to realize that something is happening in our life, that something is bothering us, without blaming anyone else. The second step is to seek help. Nowadays, the client really has a large number of classical therapies, coaching, holistic options to choose from. It is necessary to be guided by the heart. There is no one size fits all. If you decide to give the constellations a chance, I will be glad if it is me who will help you with what is heavy on your heart and soul.

Where can I find Athian?

Our office is in Ružinov, Bratislava, where we have group and individual workshops. In March and May we will also have a workshop in the Bratislava part of Dúbravka. We also plan Ivanka pri Dunaji.

How long do each workshop last?

The times are only indicative. Each constellation, from the initial conversation to the harmonizing conclusion, lasts about 2 hours. During the all-day workshop, the number is limited to 5 clients who can do their constellation. Of course, there will also be time for lunch and short tea or coffee breaks between constellations. During an evening or half-day workshop, space is usually for 2, sometimes 3 constellations.

Can´t decide between an individual or group constellation. I don´t like to talk about my problems in front of strangers. What would you recommend?

I will be happy to help with the choice. Just contact me. Not many people like to talk about their difficulties in front of other people. Group constellations, despite the fact that there are people you have probably never met, retain a certain anonymity. What is heavy on your heart will be discussed outside the group, and during breaks, participants do not share the initial problem, but only the feelings of being represented in the constellations. I like to recommend group workshops to anyone who has not experienced constellations yet, because they will have the opportunity not only to solve their own problem, but also to be part of the family system, not their own, which will be done by another client. And this is a hard-to-describe, but definitely unforgettable experience.

I attended one workshop, but I was disappointed because I didn´t have the opportunity to do my constellation. How does it work in Athian?

I understand that feeling. I had experience with this myself, so I decided that the number of places in the all-day workshop will be limited, so that each participant has the opportunity to build his own constellation (solve what bothers him). During an evening or half-day workshop there is an option for one client, for an additional fee, to be given priority to the constellation. Other constellations will be randomly selected.

When are the next workshops and what is the price?

We have a calendar of workshops on our website. Every month we offer one half- day, evening and one full-day workshop. Individual constellations are available by appointment. The fee for participation in the evening or half-day constellation is 60 euros. The position of the constellation is chosen at random. The price for a full-day workshop (each participant will have space to do own constellation) or for a preferential position of the constellation during half-day or evening constellations is 120 euros.
